My wife and I have both seen listicles that are obviously AI-generated, but this seems coordinated in a whole different way.

Makes sense as a business model, as you could just auto-refine the content, as information trickles in and let AI just make up the rest.

Come up with a page depicting something slightly in the future, but plausible, and then work it, so that you're at the top of the list, if it comes true, since people will click on it, beforehand.

Like obituaries or wedding announcements.

AI always sounds authoritive, so normal people can't tell that it's just making stuff up. 😂
