I refuse to pray to any flag or say the pledge, but the left being the good puppets that they are have managed to completely confuse the issue.

Kneeling (especially since they are the type who do everything the govt says) seems like the most boot licking response possible. It weirdly still physically communicates deference while getting rightwing morons all riled up over "disrespect." And the fact that they would attack someone for refusing to kneel sounds like something straight out of some sort of cult, or authoritarian monarchy.

So we are in this retarded situation where the right is damning people for not being patriotic enough & the left is essentially damning anyone who doesn't bow to their God. While the right claims to hate the govt which the flag actually represents (...nuh uh it's the people 🙄), & the left claims to be protesting the "racism" of the country that became prosperous by ending slavery, or some other idiotic thing like that.
