It looks like they are on the verge of adding Lightning addresses, something they don't have yet, and those addresses will be Zappable from Nostr clients.

Seems like the Nostr Pubkey is the same for all users for now so maybe not yet fully implemented
The Nostr integration for cash.app's upcoming Lightning addresses has been removed from this endpoint. It existed a few weeks ago when I made this original note. This is still unannounced and in development, so this doesn't technically mean anything important, as things could change again before public launch.
