Amazon currently has some renewed HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini with Intel Quad-core i7-6700T processor and 16gb RAM for $178. Throw in a 1TB Samsung 980 Pro M.2 ssd for another $80 and you’ve got a pretty decently sweet node for just north of $250 USD. One heck of an upgrade from a lowly pi!

I'm mindful of the energy cost, it's damn expensive here. Plus I got the case, the screen, the everything already for Raspi 😅 it's simplest to swap for 8GB at this point
