Kinda sick of eating sugar and seed oils, I try not to too much but you all know when you have it once it's hard to stop, so effective tomorrow I say goodbye to Sugar and seed oils all together to the best I can.

Also going to try to get more fit overall, I am telling you guys so that way I can't back out.

sweet man! count the little wins as improvements, pretty soon you'll be eating healthy without even thinking about it. intermittent fasting has been great for me personally

also try to do sports for the development of another ability.

This is the way. I’m on the same path. It’s tough, especially in the first few days, but the results come quickly.

If you are in for 30 days, I will promise you to do at least 30 days starting now too. Reply if you are in, it is a hand shake deal. I will post progress too.

Nice.

I need to stop binge eating cashew spread when I get stressed

at one point this afternoon i just stood in the kitchen and spread almond butter on thick slices of sharp cheddar

Yum I’m going to have to try that!

better than sweets i suppose

but not as good as just cooking some food😂

😂 that’s too hard some days

cutting out sugar is so good for your energy level and mental health

good luck 🙏

do it gradually, it is ok if sometime you eat some sugar, but just stay on target

Some research say that if you want to stop something, it's better do quit suddenly. Introducing a new thing works better when done gradually.

nope, if its related to health it is too risky to do suddenly.

Like smoking for instance? 🤔

And what would you want to quit that is not health related this way or another?
