if you're using your iphone you'll need to use a wallet like bluewallet and link it to your get alby. Go to getalby.com and login to your dashboard and click the connection tab it should have some instruction on how to link it.

I have getalby connected to Zeus and I’m able to receive but not send?

What happens when you try to send? Does zeus do nothing? or give you an error?
