Melatonin was the only one that worked for me without God awful side effects. Waking up exhausted. Waking up feeling like I forgot how to breathe in my sleep.
🤷🏽 Then I got my medical pot card.
Then like 3 years later it just became recreational.
I sleep like something that isn't a baby because I'm not waking up crying every 2 hours like I used to 🤷🏽
Melatonin + glycine + magnesium before going to bed. Works perfectly for me. Sleep like a baby.
