all the time. we started teaching taro around 7-8 months and he's 20 months now. our primary way of communicating with him now is signs. sometimes we have to guess cuz he doesn't have a sign for everything. Like he signs for crackers but we have a lot of cracker type snacks so we hold each one up until he signs yes.
