Because the court the deal is to be heard in is i sipian and julian is getting released to return to Australia.

I kinda want to learn more. Does this mean he can't set foot in America? What about other countries? Is he free to continue wikileaks? I think he should be ready to retire even if he is able to...

They have taken him to a US controlled Island, so basically he will be on U S territory. I think he needs to submit his plea in a US jurisdiction. I hope it is not a dirt trick on their part. I will only believe he is free when he is on Australian soil.
