Just started going back to the gym two weeks ago and I’m already sick of eggs . Where else can you get 20 grams of amino acid abundant protein for less then 4K Sats though ?

Eggs are my go to as well and I get over them too. I try different ways to cook them, fried, poached, scrambled, as omelettes or as pizza bases.
Sardines are relatively cheap and a decent protein powder works, but as you said, it's not 4k sats per serve.
I like to mix beans into the equation. Can get 30 grams in a can and they are cheap. Downside is that they are carb heavy for those that avoid that.
The protein in beans is not bioavailable at all and it has a significantly lower quality amino acid profile compared to animal food.
Stay away from plants as any sort of protein source
