What do you use to check Joinmarket's coinjoin activity?

I don't think mempool's goggles have ever tracked JoinMarket style coinjoins at all.

What is your methodology?

WabiSabi's coinjoins from coordinators publicly advertised and compatible with Wasabi's client broadcast 0.74 vMB of coinjoins in the last 24h!

That's 0.5% of the WHOLE usage of Bitcoin!!! Sounds like a lot to me.

Furthermore, blockspace usage != coinjoin usage.

Biggest coordinators are much more blockspace conscious than zkSNACKs used to be, and even if usage is more or less equivalent, their blockspace usage is an order of magnitude lower.

Thanks for providing this context. Others have pointed out as well, that the Mempool goggles feature must be missing CJs.
