You could give Firefox a try, they had some recent efforts to make extensions work on Android. Not sure if all of the extensions work out of the box though, I just tried Alby and saw some weird errors, possibly some incompatibilities that need to be fixed.
Where do you have this number from? Are there any stats around lightning addresses used on nostr?

Mit folgenden kleinem Trick, lassen sich die Kosten pro Anfrage deutlich drücken, wenn ihr bisher immer das Webinterface von ppq verwendet habt.
1. Installiert euch auf eurem Gerät die App "OpenWebUI" oder unter StartOS "FreeGPT2" aus den Stores.
2. Richtet die Oberfläche ein und geht dort unter "Settings" -> "Admin Settings" und dort unter "Connections" in den Bereich OpenAI API. Dort nehmt ihr die Standardeinstellungen zu OpenAI raus und packt dort "https://api.ppq.ai" als BaseURL rein. Unter "Auth" fügt ihr euren API Key ein, den ihr unter https://ppq.ai/api-docs findet.
3. Speichern und unter den Modellen eines der Verfügbaren wählen. Damit greift ihr über die API auf PayPerQ zu und habt so einen vergünstigten Zugriff auf alle Sprachmodelle:
Lasst gerne eure Erfahrungen damit da, ob ihr das OpenWebUi besser findet, als die PPQ Oberfläche.

1. Added Reads (long form content) You will now see a tab in the navigation (as well as mobile nav). If you don’t want to see reads, you can disable them in the General settings.
2. Added Reads to profiles. Now you can see a new tab in people’s profiles to see their articles.

Agree, but how to do it in practice? I'd be happy to support such projects on a recurring basis, but I don't want to mess around with payments every month, but instead "set and forget":
