Is it as good as Damus? and on iOS?
Yes, I think so.
but remember to ”follow yourself”, otherwise you won’t see your posts in the flow! But when you register, copy your secret key(you can find it under settings/keys) and paste it into the space intended for it. If you only paste your npub, you only get to read the flow, not write in it.

Ok I will take a series of pictures from inside my Damus app and explain(the writing is in swedish and ”nycklar” means keys.

You start by pressing your profile picture in Damus in the upper left corner. Then you get this constellation below; at the bottom you see ”inställningar”, that’s Settings. You press that and then you get the next constellation of words; at the top you see ”nycklar”, that’s keys. Press that. 
ok that makes sense now ... basically to follow yourself you need to gollow yourself as a specific address... i can't just click my profile and follow myself.. Thanks! all clear!
Then you get this; Nycklar=Keys
There is one that you can see, and its called the Public key, and starts with npub. Then below is you secret key that is for your eyes and the app’s funktionality only and it starts with nsec ( as in secURE).
It’s then very easy to copy the key without even see it, by just pressing the small squares at the end. 
When you have downloaded the app nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg you get very easy instructions from the app; but remember to paste your secret key by copying it from Damus and pasting it in the described place in nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg
And don’t forget to ”follow yourself” like you follow others; it’s not needed in Damus but you need it in Primal for a better user experience for some reason!
