Fear isn't the danger. Fear is fun. And there's not really anything to fear, not really, if you zoom out. The danger is comfort. We all murder each other with comfort and well wishes.
I think it's more the avoidance of feeling discomfort or pain.
The rejection of those feelings, like they're invalid.

Could be. If we reject a feeling and think they're invalid, or something to exclude from ourselves, then shadow grows inside and we see things through that shadowed lens. The concept of mantras and affirmations is growing on me 🤔
