Although they made a deal to release the hostages, and aparently Israel didn't want them.
HAMAS deal was to release women and children only and for Israel to completely retreat from GAZA and end the war. Why would Israel agree to that? There are still 4 battalions in Rafah they need to eliminate to finish the war.
Tell me, presuming you think Hamas shouldn't have attacked Israel on October 7, what should they have done? Even the former director of Shin Bet says that if he were a Palestinian living in the West Bank or Gaza he would fight against Israel to achieve his liberty and would do "everything possible" to attain it. They have been refugees in their own homeland for 75 years, every effort they make to better their situation gets bulldozed by Israel or shot in their ankles.
So answer me. What should they do? Bend over and take it? You would never do that. Answer me honestly.
What are you asking? Should HAMAS fight to their deaths against Israel?
They can do whatever they want but donβt be surprised when Israel strikes back.
As far as too many βinnocentβ people getting killed, all HAMAS has to do is surrender or not hide among the civilian population and fight like real men.
This is an existential fight for Israel. There is no way forward other than the complete annihilation of HAMAS. How many more people get killed is up to HAMAS

I think the mechanism to transfer property is thru buying, not via killing the owner or kicking the owner out.
If Jews wanted more than 7% they should buy it, not kick who was there out thru murder.

In 1948 Egypt confiscated properties of Jewish and killing many of them. I also don't agree with it.
Egypt should let all Jewish who were kicked out back, or be paid indenization.
In Europe also Jewish got kicked out many times. Every country which expelled Jewish and took their property out should be indenization to Jewsz and also every Jew who kicked a Palestinian out should pay the Palestinians indenization or let them come back.
This means that If I consider it a matter of States fighting states, then because Egypt stole property of Jewish people, Jewish people would have the right of stealing it back from Egypt.
But seeing this as a matter of individuals, Egyptian State stealing property of Jewish individuals don't allow Jewish individuals stealing property of other Egyptians or Arabs.
This story is too messy. I'm sorry for you being involved on thiss I'm also sorry for Palestinians (as individuals, not as a State)
