By your judgement, all Moari woman are whores and of "low quality" because of face tattoos.
He also says it's fine for a man to sleep around with tattooed woman; good for a fling or whatever, but then takes no moral responsibility for being 'pure' for a woman but expects a woman to remain pure for him. Double Standard imo.
