If I could choose only five supplements, they would easily be:

1. Natural Vitamin B1, by Natural Scientific.

2. Pure American Liver, by nostr:npub14am887cf6kvwkce89nt7dsw3v9qrrn0uppxyvr6a2jd7xdwuwccqwnudp2's Heart & Soil.

3. Pure Oyster, by Saturee.

4. Magnesium Glycinate, by Pure Encapsulations.

5. Creatine HCl, by Amandean.

#Thiamine is integral to restoring glucose metabolism, beef liver and oysters provides vital micronutrients, magnesium glycinate is the most metabolic (and frequently deficient) mineral bound to glycine (an amino acid in collagen), and creatine supercharges brain and muscle energy.

Go and conquer.

Food is medicine.

100%; every single supplement listed are food-based. The first 3 are literal flood, the 4th a mineral bound to an amino acid found in animal products, and the 5th a synthesized animo acid also found in animal products.
