At first I followed almost indiscriminately, but it got annoying because a lot of folks are just boosting primal trending page stuff so I was getting a lot of repetition.

Then I tried following tons of hashtags and expanding my relays, but that leaves openings for a lot of spam.

What I've settled on is a few quality relays some with paid membership, and following a few hashtags that are used mostly by people and blocking the bots that annoy me. I get a lot of fresh content, not too much spam, and I run out of new scroll material which is good. That's the sign I need to get off my phone anyways 😅
