Who said you have to assume you’ve done nothing wrong? I’m just saying not to apologize until you’ve become aware that you’ve done something wrong.
When you say “sorry you’re having a bad day.” Is that admission of guilt?

I think this is less about being right or wrong, and more about a “self emptying” to make room for someone else.
A self emptying doesn’t sound like a good thing.
I think it’s actually a big component of when we try to make sense of “love” or “connection”.
No
