I'm concerned about the implications of not renewing my Primal subscription. If I don't renew, my current Primal name will become available for someone else to purchase. This raises serious identity and security concerns.

If someone sends sats to my former Primal name, they will inadvertently be sending them to the new owner, potentially compromising my financial security and identity.

I find it surprising that Primal releases usernames after subscription expiration, even the Gmail retain email addresses even after inactivity or deletion.

Similarly, with Nostr identity, if I don't pay, someone else can acquire my name, potentially hijacking my identity and causing harm.

I hope you can reconsider this policy to prioritize user security and identity protection.
