Huge improvement. Is author limit going to be hard coded or moved to env? I think I'd prefer a higher value option but regardless this is a major improvement to the last version I checked.

Forgive my ignorance, but how (or can it even) the algo relay work alongside wto relays?

Seems like in order to use the algo relay one would need it as their sole relay, right?
