I do actually have a roller, but I don't use it that much. Maybe I should try a roll before a big workout.

I just don't understand why all of a sudden though...😭

magnesium can help loosen muscles as well

lack of magnesium is what causes muscle cramps. it doesn’t need to be a regular occurrence in your arsenal, just when you suspect tight muscles. Natural Calm is a fantastic product.
