ChatGPT denies VPN connections?
Discussion
it work via ProtonVPN
What country servers? It won't load for me on USA Proton servers.
I'm connected to Proton USA-CO and using it right now.
If a certain USA server isn't working, somebody else might have been abusing ChatGPT from that server and got the IP address banned. Just try a different server.
I rotate Proton servers daily and I have had no issues with ChatGPT.
I'm using a Netherland server right now and it's working
Maybe due to the ban in Italy and troubles in some other countries. Might also because of the ban on Asian accounts. They probably don’t want them to use it.
Mine yes
That's a little sus. 🧐
Confirmed. It doesn't work with Proton on mobile. It won't load or gives me an access denied error. Using USA servers.
Mullvad is OK
My account has been unable to log in. It seems to have been blocked for Asia
No issues with IVPN so far but wouldn't be surprised if that changed soon.
#[2] what are some ways a user might try to get around a VPN block that I set up on my website using cloudflare?
Does anyone know how we can make our own uncensored decentralized ChatGPT? Seems like we should be running our own...
VPN connections or specific IPs or specific regions. Because we don't block VPNs for our podcast site but we block many regions due to spam and it catches some VPN users at times.
Works fine with any Proton VPN server so far
protonVPN works nice.
I tried multiple popular VPNs, but they didn't work for me. A custom VPN that routes through Google's datacenter does not work either.
I always have MullvadVPN (with quantum-secure connection) activated and its working fine.
Well, guess I won’t be trying it.
It does, some IPs are not allowed
Worked with IVPN
I'm having trouble getting a response from ChatGPT API over Shortcuts since updating to iOS 16.5 Does not look like a VPN or Private Relay restriction.

Use LN VPN 💪
NordVPN US, Canada not blocked.
I haven't had any issues with a VPN, but soon you will have your own personal, locally-installed AI that will not require an Internet connection to access or use. If you aren't following Brian Roemmele on Twitter, I would suggest you do. https://twitter.com/BrianRoemmele/status/1644714765993013249?s=20.
Can we PLEASE talk?
