Is it bad that when I stack I use a different non custodian wallet.. I now have several wallets I also have been using Satscards as a cold no hardware wallet not the most secure but I do have a fire proof steel wall safe that they are kept in… Thoughts?

You shouldn't spread tour money out to so many wallets. Having your spread out in multiple wallets when things pop off you not gonna gain much.. i would keep 3 wallets if you must have multiple wallets. And i hardware wallet is a must because ppl can hack your phone and wat h your your key strokes and there goes your private keys..
That’s why I use Satscard you would need to physically handle it to sweep the funds no hacking as far as I know I use all my wallets for different things don’t see how I wouldn’t gain just as much if they were in 1-3 wallets instead of the 5-8 that I currently have the amount of sats don’t change maybe the fee rate on certain wallets but please explain further
At least consolidate your utxo so they can all be big and you pay less fees.. having less wallets is easier to manage utxo's. You want big ones like big icebergs not little ice crumbs. So in the future youbpay way less fees
I have just started getting into the UTXO side of things thx to Zeus not a tech savvy person here I see where your coming from now. I just opened a 1M sats channel on Zeus figured that should be enough for larger purchases for my needs the others like LNbits, getalby, Wos, Breez, Blixt, Phoenix, Strike I have just under half a million in each I also have the majority of my stack in BlueWallet.
Thats a lot of wallets haha i literally have bluewallet wallet of satoshi Phoenix wallet cashapp. Since you opened that big channel on zues i would move every sat from those lightning wallets to put in your bluewallet and make big utxo's on bluewallet.
