We need a dedicated NIP for job experience events, similar to LinkedIn so that hiring managers can easily spot talent. I have been on both sides and it is a game changer. Having my account deleted on LinkedIn with 10k connection and no explanation was a wake up call.

It could be added to bio in a specific structure, but that would complicate nip0, better a dedicated nip for this.
Yeah, exactly. I'm missing that too. I've temporarily set it up in NoorNote so you can create lists of web bookmarks, like NIP 51, and then attach them to your profile, for example a portfolio, but it's not ideal yet.
But I could expand on that, so you can enter your resume with from and to dates and attach that to your own profile too. But that would just be a client side feature.
That is cool. I still think a dedicated nip kinds for experience, with tags for dates, company name, job tile, job description, is warranted. This is something almost everyone needs to use at some point.
