I hadn’t ever even thought of doing mushroom shawarma. 🤯

I've had it now from multiple different chefs & they've all been amazing 🤩

My wife is going to need this. Might try to do it homemade. Unfortunately, the best shawarma we have in my area is mediocre.

The one thing I still use IG for is cooking videos.

Mostly, I stick to what I know my kids will eat, or variations of that. I’m best with my CI wok, my Weber grill, and my slow cooker.
