Was drawn back to this. I've changed jobs a couple months ago and it has been rough. I took a significant pay cut to learn two new areas of my profession I have minimal experience with.

I've been starting early and working late. I've been feeling like I can't keep my head above water but that it's going to be worth it. This is going to set me up to be able to really provide not only a better financial life for my family, but better quality time as well. I've just got to keep pushing forward. I've also got to not do it the wrong way so I work myself into an early grave.

Thank you for this. I needed it

Thanks for sharing. I’ve been in that situation a few times in my life and always came through it better off, trusting that the Lord had me. You’ll look back with appreciation.

Walk by faith and not by sight.

Well done sir.

I'm torn between finding better pay and getting rid of this "you're treading, not swimming" feeling or sticking around until my 401k is vested. I smell change in the air and I can't tell if it's for me.

Good luck with your progress, bird. And GM ☕

You got this too opossum

I feel this. 3 weeks in on a new job myself and I feel the same. Head barely above water. You got this, I've got this. Were gonna be fine.

Agreed
