Been trying to talk to my buddy about bitcoin and he finally let me know he wishes he could get into it but he thinks it’s too expensive and too late. I knew I felt some reluctant apprehension when talking to him. Been waiting to hear that. Handed him an OpenDime with 250k sats and said it was a head start. Also debunked the “too expensive” argument. Now he hasn’t stopped asking questions. It’s lit.

This next cycle is going to get nuts
I have yet to have this experience. I am good about limiting my BTC pitch to two or three talking points relevant to the person I am talking with and keep it all to under three minutes max.
I even send people sats to get them started but I have not get knowingly brought anyone into bitcoin in a sustained way.
Unless they are curious to learn about it, just having some sats is not enough. The discovery is what builds conviction.
