Given I'm sat on my allotment atm, having just planted my carrots 🥕 I quite like this quote.

This one is fun to ponder. War is high time preference. Gardening is low time preference. War is harsh and vicious. Gardening is gentle and nurturing. War creates fertilizer, gardening applies fertilizer. … okay that last one was a little rough.
