In my experience it has become a joke and encouraged more of the behavior that it is intended to prevent. That being said, I worked industrial maintenance and service tech jobs for the last few decades so the audience needs to be accounted for.
At my old job I would always ignore it. play the video in the background, mute it, then continue coding and just check back on it every few minutes to click the "next" button
Yes, many of these things are common sense. I passed without paying attention.
When I was 16 more than one man would smack me on the ass as a server at a normal steakhouse. SERIOUSLY!!!
It was the #Midwest & I’d call out every man who did. Never was I fired but always made sure the whole restaurant saw me flipping out on whatever customer did it.
Don’t tell me training doesn’t change things.
It has not changed my belief on sexual harassment at all 😂
