After watching last night, I’m convinced Kamala is going to win (legitimately or not). It had Trump/Biden debate vibes all over it and I felt the same way after that in 2020.

There’s a lot of people that say it won’t matter or that all politicians lie anyways, but this is objectively bad for both bitcoin and the USA’s founding principles. Harris has been nothing but hostile to the Bitcoin sector and if our price targets come true, bitcojners will be her number 1 target in a few years. At the very least, Trump is willing to sit at the table.

Alas, our country’s population is retarded, and we deserve everything that is coming our way.

I had the same vibes. I hope I am wrong.

I appreciate Bitcoin, but I don’t support the faster destruction of America or its founding ideals for “hyperbitcoinization” or any of the other hosts or reasons I see. I just want my kids to grow up in a country close to what I experienced.

That country is looooong gone (sadly). I’m sure there are pockets around the country where you can still have that experience. I don’t think the USA overall is a high trust society anymore.

The only spots in my area where I see kids in packs similar to what I experienced growing up (leaving bikes unwatched, playing sports outside all day, talking to neighbors/strangers, not on a tablet by themselves, etc) are in gated neighborhoods (HOA).
