The slogan is "work will set you free" because they intend to force you to work for no pay, in conditions that will kill you, & death will be your only escape.

Beautiful camps like this started by the national socislist party of Germany. And similar things were done in the USSR.
It never starts as forced labor though. You have to otherize some portion of the population first & the medical establishment is too useful & already too brainwashed to enslave overtly, so you steal from some other group & keep paying medical professionals. You call it "universal" in an effort to make it seem like everyone is getting something for nothing. And once people support that they will push for more "free stuff." And with every step there is now a new power to deny access as a means of control. When all necessities are "free" all people can then be totally controlled & the veil of "it's to help you" can be dropped.
