You may believe that telling yourself "you can’t do it" will save you from not having the experience of trying and failing.

But that can’t be true because you aren’t being saved from anything just by having that negative thought.

What saves you is picking up and trying again.

my favorite approach is to simply accept that you probably can't do it and simply try to find WHY you can't.

Approaching with the honest curiosity of what will stop you removes those mental blocks and allows you to experiment without concern for ego/failure or any of those self-imposed limitations.

Failure is much more valuable than success, so long as you learn from your mistake.

Repeating the same same mistake is useless.

Tell yourself “I cant do it YET”

But i personally like “I need to figure it out”
