The idea is to create a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) that allows foreigners, without access to PIX (Brazilian CBDC), to make PIX payments in Brazil using Satoshis. This is possible by creating a kind of Pix "liquidity pool", in which users are willing to make deposits in PIX in exchange for Satoshis and a "fee" that remunerates the service to the provider that performs the PIX transaction for the user.

The NosrPiX DAO then bridges the gap between the user and the provider.

Bitcoin is transacted on the Lightning Network using NCW (Nostr Connect Wallet).
