Allow both imo.

I'm just a little stingy with my precious sats to zap every note I like. I read many notes worthy of recognition but not monetary reward really. I also frequently reply to notes rather than and/or zap or like them, and often like replies to my own notes just to acknowledge others who've taken the time to reply.

ZapWorthy > ZapOnly I say. I still like likes.

what would this second option be?
