For example, I'm still dependent on Obtanium for Proton Calendar and Pass. I'd put up SATs to see them packaged.

Use a better calendar 😝

Looking good, man! This is exciting.

Thank you sir! I'm working on a sync tool that will make it easy to bring in events from other sources to get stored on nostr. I think that's a near requirement to get anyone to actually use it for anything. That plus a mobile responsive view lol

Agreed. Group/team calendars seems like an easier first step.

Ooo there's another revision to 52 floating around collaborative calendars. Sounds like a good feature to get added in, thank you!

👀

Would love to hear your thoughts! I started the project with just a focus around building a Calendly type service and Nostrtime was my tool to check against the events at first.

This is really good, I like the combination of personal calendar and bookings. Might just switch to this from proton

As soon as I finish finding and squashing all these bugs I'm finding I plan to build sync tools to let you easily import outside calendars into private nip-52 events too.

I didn't look closely, but it looks like the bookings only have encrypted content? It might be better for hiding metadata to use nip 59 gift wraps. I'll keep playing with it and let you know if I see other thing

That's a bug I'm actually working on now. When I moved from my own setup to using mkstack a lot of the booking logics broke down so I'm more or less troubleshooting with individual ones to find them.

They should be using gift wraps though. Unless you manually set to public, the plan is to make all 922/923/925 events be gift wrapped which is why I'm using a new 927 to still manage busy times.

nostr:npub1patrlck0muvqevgytp4etpen0xsvrlw0hscp4qxgy40n852lqwwsz79h9a seeing that cal relay is “closed”

Does it nostrcal relay accept only nip-52 events?

Only accepts 52 events or wrapped versions of them. Currently set for 30 days for 1000 sats but happy to get you whitelisted to test. I more so applied the fee to keep spam off while working on it.

You can also add any DM relays to the list outside the nostrcal one. Nostr.land and inbox.nostr.wine should work too!
