#GM and #PV my #Nostriches
I went down the #meshtastic rabbit hole last night and I have so many ideas and questions.
My first one is what is the best way to boost my signal? I live in a city, Washington DC, and it shouldn't be that hard to get a signal that covers most of the city. No tall buildings and small contained area.
I see a "router" but have no idea what the difference is between a router and client other than the most technical definition.

It's not the client router setting. It's the channel you are on. So there is long slow, long fast, short fast, etc. And you want long fast, which is the default or long slow. Keep in mind, if there are other devices around you, then you will need to be on the same channel they are. So if your area is full of nodes that are on long fast, you will also want to be on long fast, because if you are on, say, long slow, you will not be able to communicate with them.

Long fast is the default. So I'm not surprised at all.
