We are NOT calling them that lol Really they aren’t that. I’ve just seen this comparison used a couple times and feel like that’s not the way to sell it to bitcoiners

To be completely honest I’m not a big fan of badges, too much ordinal NFT vibes for me. Domain verification is awesome and needs to be simplified so everyone can verify their npub /nsec on their own domains. Any resources on how a no code pleb can accomplish this? From my understanding you just need to create an “A” record on your DNS but not sure exactly what IP address to use. Do you need to run a relay?

They are honestly nothing like ordinals or NFT’s at all.

I was able to verify under my own domain, let me see if I can find the guide that I used. You will need to create a .json file, I don’t think I did anything with my dns

Gonna have to push back on that a bit. Badges are a collection of jpegs are they not? The only thing jpegs are good for is memes! I appreciate any guide/ resources you can find on the domain verification though!

Pick whichever narrative you want to pin on it. You ain't sellin' that shit to bitcoiners.

But maybe the CDC can release a VAXXED badge that allows you keep access to basic public services!

OH, I love basic services. I need badge.

Speak for yourself and stop saying "We."

"We" are calling it that

I used my graphic design skills to make a sticker I’m giving away for free. That’s nothing like an nft

My only point is that once you give something away for free (even if you made it)

YOU DON'T OWN IT.

(This is why people making the link to NFTs and your claim of ownership on your BADGE)

Yeah I’m bored w this convo 🫶 let’s move on, yes?

Never gets old for me. Endlessly fascinating.

Then ok
