It doesn’t bind you. It binds the US federal government. The constitution is a contract that defines government and allows for limited authority to attempt to safeguard the life liberty and property of the people who allow its existence and voluntarily pay tax or vote.

It is the Right of the people to abolish it at any time.

I didn’t sign shit

you didnt have to - you were contracted in by mom when born via birth certificate.

https://www.sedm.org

Birth certificate is non-binding since the party was indisposed and a minor.

Things like the draft registration at 18 years old reaffirm or renew this contract from our part.

Regardless none of these documents give the government authority to exceed their mandate.

it seems that they do give such authority...

there are many things that we engage in that bind to the thousands of corpoguv franchises such as registering a vehicle, obtaining a drivers license, loans, credit cards, bank accounts, etc etc... when you engage in these contracts, you voluntarily surrendered your RIGHTS for sets of privileges....

getting to a place wherein you have some kind of argument if ever brought before a particular jurisdiction is what the site is about... and it takes study and work - simply declaring that they don't have the authority is incorrect and would be ineffective.

I'm not disparaging that website resource or making suggestions about what anyone should say in court. Only stating natural principles

who said you did? 🤔
