Thoughts #[2] ? Is anyone thinking about this?

Keys.pub was a similar project.

I like being able to verify on my own domain and have it reflected in my client.

It’s going into SSI direction imo. Which is not necessarily a bad thing.

I think this was the intent of https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/39.md, which nostr:npub1xhe9408d5hm3dpwax78sy9nuc5warycnvcy4r3qzv6jacwu26r6s5m56yf started implementing on https://nostr.directory, but the idea was to make a decentralized nostr.directory, I think.

We should still be able to improve the NIP and get it actually running though.

Now I'm thinking it would be better if each of these attestations was its own long-living event, so each identity proof could live by itself and we could even get a history of external identities. nostr:npub12262qa4uhw7u8gdwlgmntqtv7aye8vdcmvszkqwgs0zchel6mz7s6cgrkj

Chrome and Android are adopting Verifiable Credentials, the same standard LinkedIn and Microsoft have adopted, so why not just adopt that to be compatible with the rest of the world?

Oh interesting, missed this one
