I might also do a candy buyback program... 50 sats a candy. Trying to minimize the amount of candy they eat...

Have you thought about having them trade their candy for different "treats"/trinkets that aren't candy?

I saw someone use the concept of a "switch witch" where her daughter would give up all her candy to the witch who would leave for a Barbie or something instead.
