Indeed we made progress in same aspect like telecommunications but we lost alot when it came to governance,education, healthcare, security and infrastructure would say what we lost far outweigh what we have gained
I might disagree with you on that but what exactly are you comparing when you say the losses far outweigh the gains in these departments?
I just said we lack behind the world in every aspect, security, governance, education,health and much more that's my take what are you basing your "anarchy worked for Somalia" how?
Did it regress or were those features always lacking?
If you compare Somalia to over 50 other African states and take a random sample to judge wellbeing, Somalia would rank near the top, better than many other states. I’m curious why that is. I’m not saying everything was perfect.
I agree with both your points, many have suffered during our statelessness period, it’s fathomable. The current administration is walking backwards. There a lot of need to be done.
Having said that, for stateless society we are very resilient. I found this video very interesting.
