Most of NOSTR is a circle jerk confirmation bias echo chamber and that makes it difficult for normies to onboard.
That being said it’s still the best social communication platform on the planet because it’s permissionless.

Where else are they supposed to learn shit?
We were all normies at some point and it turns out they make up about 98% of the population. I don’t see how we get to mass adoption on the NOSTR protocol without a tremendous improvement in the onboarding ux.
Onboarding normies will increase world adoption and allow each individual the ability to communicate in a decentralized fashion without needing permission. Paring this along side the adoption of Bitcoin this would create a better world for the average individual. Everyone benefits when theres a world where people are free to communicate and transact in Bitcoin.
Most of us here probably still can’t onboard our girlfriends at this point and NOSTR is more of a niche cult of individuals who are living in the future 😂
