This video is 11 years old, I found it on a YouTube channel with 4 subscribers. They are performing this Lars von Trier dance (also a weird thing to see).

I don’t know who these people are or why they are dancing in a bathroom. There are no more videos with them on this channel, and it seems abandoned altogether, but I’ll assume it’s being filmed by a student of St. Petersburg state institute of cinema and television.

That would kind of explain both the bathroom and Lars von Trier. Still, it’s unclear what "Povolzhye" at the end of their video means.

It’s pretty common for film students and actors from various experimental theaters to make very strange things that stay on YouTube for decades without even getting 50 views.
