Keep him in house forever, never let out. Treat it as it is his house, you just squat there. See if you can still fit some of your furniture after remodelling.

Find a good vet, drive miles if you have to. There is aplenty crappy ones, good ones or even not bad are worth their weight in gold.

well, he's not gonna present a problem for wanting to go outside, he already doesn't want to go outside

as for "raw" not sure what that means... i buy beef and veal in big frozen chunks so that means not cooking it? he also eats cooked shellfish at times too, he likes it more than i do

but yeah, 1000% did not like the vet i took him to last time, so maybe i try the one in the other town the other side from me, in Santana. if that's not good then i can try another one later but this next appointment will be getting his gingevitis sorted out, i think that once that is fixed his sinus problem will be solved as i'm quite sure that the rotten tooth is incubating bacteria that keep on seeping upwards into his sinus
