great book. my main takeaways were focus on interests, not positions and look beyond demands to understand the underlying motivations. there isn't one rule that magically works. and best negotiators in the world are always flexible and prepare for all the "what i"f questions to make the deal work. anyone reading this note, now i saved you a lot of time. 🤣
