You're right about both statements if you notice in the United States. A lot of States in popular cities are building little villages like apartment building and every store that you need all-in-one area so you don't have to travel anymore. I've noticed all these little villages that they're building. They make it look really nice like plazas and stuff but in the future. Then unlock everybody up in those places.
