And you find yourself out of breath from simply walking,
Then you need to make DRASTIC life changes.

And you find yourself out of breath from simply walking,
Then you need to make DRASTIC life changes.
And drastic is not hard. Takes just a few minutes a day San a little self control.
Atomic habits really played it out. 1% improvement a day, a week, or a month will eventually add up to significant progress.
Two years ago I started working out regularly, cardio, lifting weights, stretching, drinking more water and eating healthier. I didn't do all this all at once, but slowly over the last two years. I am not special, I'm just a normal pleb. If I can get up and put in the effort I'm sure everyone else can as well.
It requires taking accountability and making small incremental steps towards progress.
I belive in all of you, get after it. Go, you got this!
