I'm assuming you mean digital media: I would stream sats to musicians if their flac releases had npubs attached to them.
Would you purchase a branded bulletproof windbreaker if it was called a flac jacket?

If you wanted to speed up your zap confirmations, you could try receiving zaps with a well-connected, cloud-based Lightning node.
