So I've been taking lunch breaks at work for the past few months (I never used to do this). I'm looking for ways to improve the use of this time.

So far I've been:

- reading

- eating outside

- taking short walks

- listening to podcasts

- working on some hobbies

Do you guys have any suggestions or ideas that I could do? Thanks! 🤙

I used to have a short run and shower at lunch some days. Felt refreshed afterward, mind and body. But I guess that’s similar to your walking.

What about calling a person you love/care about to say hi.
